Mandatory minicamps are important for all 32 teams in the NFL. For some teams, it’s a chance for veterans and their respective coaching staff to get in sync while  making decisions on the playbook , their packages, and strategies for the upcoming season. For other teams, it’s a chance to get a head start on who will start Week One at a position up for grabs. In our case, the position up for grabs is the most important one: the QB.

QBs can make or break a team’s season. That is why their battles stir up much controversy, debate, and are scrutinized by almost everyone. Over the course of the next few weeks, Into The Endzone will be giving you an analysis on all the QB battles in the league as of the 2012 season. It’s that time of year again. It’s a day that marks the realization of a dream for many young talented men, while allowing the fans, players, and many team officials to have a glimpse of the league’s future. Without further ado, I give you the NFL Draft. This year, the class is deep in many positions, most notably offensive linemen and WR. With star players such as Andrew Luck and RG III, expect this to be one for the ages.

The top 10 teams all have huge holes and needs in their roster. On April 26th, each of those teams has a chance to transform from laughing stocks to possibly contenders (or at least a tough matchup) with their first round pick alone. The difficult question is who to choose. Often times, many stars are overlooked by other players with immense potential. Add to the fact that some players might not pan out in the NFL, and it’s a tough day for executives all around the league. That is why I, Shrederdude63, will be breaking down who I think should be taken by each team. They may not all be right, but I pick based on what I think they should do with that pick (For example, if I think the Colts should take a WR in the first round, I will pick him instead of a QB, regardless of the fact that they will obviously take a QB). It will take a lot of explaining to do with each pick, so I have divided the round into three sections: First 10, 11-20, 21-32. I may or may not post the rest of the draft, depending on my schedule and how I feel about my picks. You guys know I’m a perfectionist, so we’ll see.
